FI, cut into, used on 1841 (Jan 24) 'Walsall Letter Bag' anti-corn law folded pamphlet, cancelled by red Maltese Cross and originally sealed by pink 'Joan Gadsby' wafer, 'Jan 24 1841' c.d.s on reverse, folding marks clear of the adhesive and some soiling, nevertheless a very rare newspaper usage. B.P.A. (1994) and R.P.S. (1998) Certificates.
