1842, two entires from Leith, one to Dunfermline (7 July), the other to Glasgow (17 Nov.), the former bearing JG with clear margins tied by blue Maltese Cross, the latter bearing RA with close margins on both sides tied by blue-black Maltese Cross; both with Leith d.s. on reverse in matching blue and blue-black inks. A good pair.
