1946 Regulation Fee slips (2) bearing pair of 7/6d. green and strip of three £1 respectively tied by "cancelled/c.s.c" c.d.s.; each bears a punch hole which does not affect the stamps, the latter with small fragment missing from left. Candidates for Civil Service posts had to pay a fee. The 7/6d. value is very scarce, not discovered until 2009`
