1811 "Facsimiles of Peers & Members of Parliament by Robert Watmore, Inspector of Franks" gilt, indexed A-Z, showing the original, manuscript signatures of numerous personages, autographs including Lord Byron, George Canning, Duke of Clarence (later William IV), "Nelson & Bronte", William, Earl Nelson, Lord Nelson's Brother, Sir Robert Peel, William Wilberforce, Lord Keith and Spencer Perceval with a blunt updating, "Shot May 11. 1811". The volume concludes with a "List of State Officers", and manuscript details of those employed in the G.P.O. in London, Scotland, and Ireland. Russian calf, 1811. A most remarkable volume of significant postal and historical importance.
