A used collection with a wide range of shades comprising 1d. strip of four with watermark sideways, strips of three (2), pairs (3) and singles (19 including three with watermark sideways, four with watermark reversed, one with watermark sideways and reversed and one with watermark inverted and reversed), 4d. violet/mauve group block of six in mauve shade and stated to be the largest recorded multiple, pairs (3, two on pieces) and singles (14, three with watermark reversed), 4d. grey (7, one with watermark inverted), 6d. block of six, pairs (3) and singles (38, two showing split shield and nine with watermark reversed), 1/- mauve/lilac-rose strip of three, pairs (3, one with watermark reversed) and singles (31, three with watermark reversed) and 1/- chrome-yellow strip of four, pairs (2, one with watermark reversed) and singles (20, eight on a piece), generally fine with many ex Marriott.
