Charles II (1660-1685), Five-Guineas, 1683 over 2, VICESIMO QVINTO, second laureate head right, rev. crowned shields cruciform, emblem-adorned sceptres in angles, edge lettered upwards, 41.70g, 6h (MCE 27; EGC 200; GH 36; S.3331), minor rim bruises, otherwise brighter and residually lustrous with areas of patching reddish toning, rare.
