1918年新疆喀什寄天津保險信函封1件，貼俄國郵票20戈比2枚，70戈比4枚，1.5盧布1枚，銷喀什5月17日新疆喀什俄國客郵戳，另有喀什同戳式6月6日戳，封舌處原火漆被剪掉，郵戳清晰，保存完好
