China, Tibet, [PCGS VF35] silver Kong Par Tangka, first issue, 13-45 (1791), date within central square with arch above, surmounted by moon and sun, ornaments around the square which have been interpreted as being 'lotus hands', lotus flower in centre within double circle to which eight petals are attached, each containing one of the eight Buddhist auspicious emblems, petal at 1 o'clock contains fishes swimming anti-clockwise, (YZM-11; C-60), Cert. #50537165, a RARE variety for the discerning Tangka collector!
